Patch Testing Policy
Cancellation Policy
Salons are filled with many dangerous items, including sharp objects, chemicals and fumes.

After careful consideration we have decided that the studio is not an appropriate environment for children, and therefore they are not permitted to enter.
​
Not only for their safety, but for the consideration of other clients having their treatments as well.
​
If you do turn up to your appointment with children then your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
​
​
A patch test for eyelash extensions is not compulsory in accordance with our insurance policy. A full explanation of this can be given when you attend your appointment.
​
However, if you wish to have a patch test carried out, we can book this in for you. It'll be a 5-10 minute appointment.
​
Patch testing for HD Brows, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination and Lash Lifts are compulsory. This will be a 5-10 minute appointment and must be carried out 48 hours prior to the treatment.

If you arrive to your appointment without having a patch test, your treatment will be cancelled.
​
Please let us know if you are currently pregnant, under the age of 16, or are taking any medications, so that we can discuss any options with you.
​
We may not be able to carry out your treatment or it may need to be adapted.
We understand that situations arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment.
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This allows us time to allocate your time to another client.
If you are late to your appointment, we can only offer you the allocated time that is remaining.
If you do not show up to your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
If you cancel within the 48 hours period, a 50% cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
